Jenny is a self-taught rider from Louisville, Kentucky. Her love for horses stemmed from her early childhood days where she created memories with her father and his love of the horse. From her first introduction to the horse world she began to form an everlasting love with them. She began riding at the age of three and began showing at age five. Local shows in barrel racing and pole bending is where Jenny made her public riding debut. Jenny began to critique her riding skills at a young age to improve all her abilities. Because Jenny has always strived to be the best, she continues to develop her skills and improve her techniques. As Jenny grew into her teenage years, she reached a height in her riding career. In 2002 Jenny qualified in the National High School Finals Rodeo as an optimistic, self-taught teenager. Not only did she train herself for the Nationals, but she also trained her horse, Darby. Upon reaching this achievement Jenny moved into the next phase of her career. In May of 2007, Jenny began her new acclaimed career as a Professional Trainer in LaGrange, Kentucky. While in LaGrange, Jenny trained Arabians and Half-Arabians at Windy Meadows Equestrian Center. It was here that she trained a Road Pony Under Saddle horse named Bubba who went on to become a World Champion at The World Show in Louisville, Kentucky. Another horse she trained named Sassy went on to become a National Semi-finalist and had multiple regional top fives. JML Farms is proud to be the official representative for Miss Jenny Mudd and Darby Wood Performance Horses.
